IntelXview AI Control Plane

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-21. Applies to controller.intelxview.com.

This page lists every cookie and marketing tag in use on the IntelXview AI Control Plane, what sets it, and which consent choice controls it. It covers this site only — the marketing site www.intelxview.com and portal.intelxview.com have their own notices. For everything else we do with personal data, see the Privacy Notice.

1. Your choice

On your first visit we ask you to choose Necessary only or Accept all. Your choice is stored in the lv_cookie_consent cookie for 180 days and can be changed at any time by clearing that cookie in your browser.

Until you choose Accept all, no advertising or analytics network receives a request from this site and no third-party cookie is written. We verify this: a fresh browser session choosing Necessary only produces zero requests to Google, LinkedIn or OpenAI.

That includes our own attribution cookie. If you arrive from a campaign link, ix_first_touch records which campaign sent you — but only once you choose Accept all. Until then it is held in the page’s memory and never written to your device, so the referral is not lost while the banner is on screen and nothing is stored if you decline. Choose Necessary only and it is discarded when you close the tab.

2. Strictly necessary — always on

These keep the control plane working and secure. They cannot be switched off, and they are not used for advertising.

3. Analytics — only with your consent

Google Analytics 4 (G-W5823P1MZ5), loaded via Google Tag ManagerGoogleCounts page views and journeys so we can see which parts of the product people actually use_ga, _ga_*Up to 2 years

One thing worth being precise about. Google Analytics runs in Google’s Consent Mode. If you choose Necessary only, it writes no cookie and stores no identifier, but it still sends Google a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, which includes your IP address and the page address. We think that is worth stating plainly rather than leaving in a footnote. If you would rather not send it at all, a tracker-blocking extension will stop it.

4. Advertising — only with your consent

These help us understand which campaigns bring people here. They load only after you choose Accept all.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not collect or share your email address with an advertising network from this site. The control plane has no marketing sign-up field, and Google’s “enhanced conversions” feature has nothing to read here.
  • We do not put your account identifier, your employer’s tenant identifier, or anything you type into the product into an analytics or advertising tag.
  • We do not sell personal data.

6. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and may stop parts of the control plane working. To withdraw consent, clear the lv_cookie_consent cookie and the banner will ask again.
